Hip was bothering me warming up, so just went up to 525x1 which was easy enough but didn't want to push it today. So went a little heavier on the RDLs since I didn't feel like I did anything on the squats.

How often do you do the RDL's and do you do them as a squat assitance? I used them last cycle and had a fair amount of luck with them. doing partial deadlifts this cycle, but might mix in the RDL depending how things go.
