Squat 12/20

Raw Squat-No Belt

475x3 x 2 sets

RDL with belt and straps

315x5
405x5 x 2 sets

Leg Curls 3 sets

Calves 6 sets
Abs 6 sets


475 was tough, it was causing me to lean plenty forward coming out the hole. Was planning on doing some down sets after the 475 but my right hip was bothering me a touch so didn't want to push it. BW=228.
