Dec 23 Deadlifts

Raw Conventional- No Belt- w/ 3 chains

520x3x3

Green Band Pull-thru's 2 sets

Abs- 5 sets
Grip Work- 4 sets.


Thats it for the raw/conv/no belt, happy with the 520, tough but still moved decent. Will do one week of Conventional Reverse Bands next week, then start into Sumo.
