Squats December 6th- Body Weight 225.

All done Raw with no Belt

RDLs

315x5 x 2 sets

Leg Curls- 2 sets

Calves-6 sets
Abs- 4 sets

Wasn't planning on doing squats with no belt, but forgot to bring my belt. Depending how I feel next week, but will probably
go without the belt next week, these were easy and solid.
