Raw Conventional with Belt- Reverse Blue Band.
Worked up to 785x1- PR
45 degree Back Raises- 4 sets
- 2 sets with band
- 2 sets with chains
Abs- 8 sets
Grip work- 4 sets.
785 was tough, but solid. I figure the band setup on the 785 is 630 on the bottom, 750 at the very top. But thats the most I've done Reverse Band- Raw Conventional.
