Raw Conventional- No Belt with 3 chains

500x3x3

Reverse Hypers with Chain on GHR
2x10

Abs- 6 sets
Grip work 4 sets


These are not fun. Sets got easier as the sets went on, but I think next week will be my last workout without a belt.
