Raw Squat

455x1 w/belt
Speed Conventional Deadlifts w/ short band
315x1 x 8 sets w/belt
Leg Curls- 3 sets
Calves- 4 sets
Abs- 3 sets.
Hip Flexor was bothering me a bunch, but weight was very easy. 232 weight.
