Bench 3/25

Raw Bench

345x10

Close Grip= 1 sec Pause

225x5x 3 sets

Hammer Strength Bench- 3 sets
Tris- 6 sets
Back- 8 sets
Bis= 4 sets

Had something planned for Friday, so moved my bench up one day this week. 345x10 was tough but still some room to spare. 365x10 is my best ever.
