Deadlifts 3/24

Raw Speed Safety Bar Squats with Green Bands to a 14" box w/ belt

245x2 x 5 sets

Rack Deadlift Hole 3, with Strong Short Band around pin/bar- it was just catching the last few inches of the pull

Conventional w/ straps, 585x1

Kettlebell Swings, cleans, snatch's


Hamstrings were still plenty sore from Sunday but decent workout, bodyweight 231
