Weighed in at 217. Went 4/9 sq-633, 672, 694 missed. 451, 468 miss, 468 miss. Deadlift 683x1, 722 miss, 722 miss.
I think going down to 220 experiment is over. I am missing lifts in the meet, I can easily get in the gym. Even though the USAPL is stacked at 242, I much better at that weight. I will take 10-14 days off, then decide if attending USAPL Nationals will be my next meet or not.
