Squat 2/22

Band Leg Curls 3 sets


The 625 was plenty deep, but a touch shaky, 675 was right at the good mark and plenty of room to spare, but was hoping for a real deep squat. So went to 635 buried it and it was very easy. Will do a light squat workout next week, but thats it for the heavy squats. Planned attempts going in 1st- 633, 2nd 672-677, 3rd- 699-705. Weighed 226 after workout.
