My plan going in was to do 720x2 and only if it really flew up was I going to do a heavy single. Well been a little sick the last 3 days, so felt like crap warming up but the last warmup felt okay, so went for it. First rep with 720 was decent and got the 2nd rep passed my knees, had I got it about 1 more inch I would of gotten it. But the dumb part of the workout was trying 750, got it about 6 inches off the ground, then quit because it wasn't going much further. I should of just made it a light day today and really hit it next week. Oh well I will make next week a speed day, then in 2 weeks just do my opener and that will be it for training the deadlift. BW- 224.
So I guess this will be my heaviest deadlifting of the training cycle.
