Rack Deadlifts- Loose Suit
Worked up to 805x1 whole 4- just below the knee
445 plus 6 chains- 3x3 straps down, no belt
45 degree leg raises- 1 chain 2 sets of 10
Blue Band Leg Curls- 2 sets of 10
Standing Abs 2 sets
Was planning on taking it easy, but I figure rack work doesn't take too much out of me. 805 was tough but still would of been able to do 15-20 lbs more. Will do about my opener from the floor next week and that will be it.
