Bench 2/20

Competition Bench w/ shirt

Triceps- 6 sets
Rear Delts- 6 sets
Abs= 3 sets


Little disappointed with the 505, I figure that would be around my third attempt, so I knew it would be tough, but I thought I would hit it, its close but not quite. Weighed 224.5 this morning. Will hit my opener next week, figure my attempts will go something like 451-472-496.
