Deadlift 10/27

Sumo deadlift

655x1 straps down
655x1 straps down
655x1 straps up

445x5 raw
445x5 raw

625x1 with suit straps up
Abs 3 sets

Different workout 655 sets were all heavier than I thought they should be, so went down to practice technique, stumbled onto a wider stance and slower setup. Decided to put the suit back on and do one more heavy set, 625 about the same as the 655, but that was after all the other work. Next week could be interesting to give it a try again
