Was super tentative with a very slow descent on the first 3 sets, causing me to dump forward, missing the first set and making the other 2 difficult. After I realized what I was doing the last 2 sets with 535 plus chain (about 650 total weight at top) was very easy. Will go heavy
Next week with comp gear.

Different workout 655 sets were all heavier than I thought they should be, so went down to practice technique, stumbled onto a wider stance and slower setup. Decided to put the suit back on and do one more heavy set, 625 about the same as the 655, but that was after all the other work. Next week could be interesting to give it a try again
