Deadlift 10/7

Deadlift Old Squat suit

630x1 x 4 sets (straps down)
630x1 x 2 sets (straps up)

GHR 3x10 with mini band
Band leg curls 2x10


A touch under the weather, everything was hurting. Form was crap. Glad that workout is over.
