Total crap, tried the wider stance and slower setup, was so concerned with foot placement, forgot to arch my back. My usual sumo technique my back is arched from the time I start till grip and rip, but all the heavier stuff, I videod and noticed at the start on all lifts my shoulders were forward and back was rounded, can't dead heavy like that. Now not sure what I will do next week, or is it time to start over?
