Hoping the squat would go well since the deadlift on weds went bad. Not that I wasn't strong, but the suit was tighter than I am use to, it's the same suit I used at 220, and same suit used in June weighing 233. Today I weighed 238. Not that I had any trouble putting it on, and I put the straps up myself with the help of the bar. But my suits have never been that tight. All the weights were easy with medium/light wraps, but the depth was definetlty high on all but maybe the last set, and I wasn't real happy with that one.

Total crap, tried the wider stance and slower setup, was so concerned with foot placement, forgot to arch my back. My usual sumo technique my back is arched from the time I start till grip and rip, but all the heavier stuff, I videod and noticed at the start on all lifts my shoulders were forward and back was rounded, can't dead heavy like that. Now not sure what I will do next week, or is it time to start over?
