Speed box squats regular bar/green band

Hips were still sore from monday

Deads w/loose suit straps down plus chain, pin pulls 2

Kettlebell swings 2 sets
Abs 2. Sets

2 weeks from today I will test the dead from the floor, if it goes well that will be my only heavy dead from the floor for this meet.
