Speed SSB Box Squats w/ 3 sets of chain

Sumo Raw Pin Pulls w belt- Hole 2 + Chains

Kettlebell Swings.


The sumo pin pulls got easier as I found my groove on these, but my one side of my lower back didn't hurt but was overly tight so didn't go any higher
