Squat 2/11
Raw squat
445x3
545x1
465x2 w/ 4 sets of chain
385x3 w/ chain. No belt
Weighed the chain, it's a total of 140. So the 465 was about 600 at the very top. Quick workout wanted to save the legs for Tuesday deadlift
