405 was tough but got it. 405x6 is my best of all time, but that was 10 years ago. But back to where I was last year and 8 lbs lighter

Weighed the chain, it's a total of 140. So the 465 was about 600 at the very top. Quick workout wanted to save the legs for Tuesday deadlift
