Deadlift 11/1 full fear

Ghr 3 sets to failure with chain

530x1 2 board paused, this was ugly but got it

Band face pulls and pull aparts


Squat 11/5

Added suit and wraps
625x1 straps down
Added 3 sets of chain
625x1 straps down- solid but about 1/2 inch high, about 725 at top

625x1 straps up, no wraps, no chain

515x1 single raw, planned on a triple, but was too beat up from the heavy sets.
Ghr 4 sets w/chain
