Squats 8/15

Raw Squats, no belt, 1 minute rest between sets

365x5
385x2, breathing heavy at this point
425x1

Good mornings, no belt
225x5
275x5

Leg curls- 3 sets
Calves- 3 sets (super sets)
Abs- 6 sets.

Decent workout, hip flexor was hurting again pretty good. Lots of foam roll and stretching this week
