Bench 8/13

Raw Bench- 30 seconds rest between sets.

Close Grip - Pin Presses, set at half way point, complete stop on pins

225x5
275x5
275x5
225x5

Rotator cuff- external rotations- 3 sets
Abs- 4 sets.

Liking the quick rest between sets, makes lighter weight feel real heavy fast, been doing these the last 3 weeks.
