Decent workout, hip flexor was hurting again pretty good. Lots of foam roll and stretching this week

Liking the quick rest between sets, makes lighter weight feel real heavy fast, been doing these the last 3 weeks.

Been training the last few weeks but too light to post anything. Hip flexor still bothering me but getting better
